A warm welcome to Yin Yoga and Reiki with live harp. Whether you‘re new or returning – welcome to the family!
We will travel through our bodies in the coming weeks focusing on a different organ and its corresponding meridian every week.
Until at least Easter, we will be having two online classes a week on MONDAYS and SUNDAYS at 7pm Central European time (1 pm EST) for 75 minutes.
Each week we will focus on a specific meridian and the corresponding organ. As usual we will begin with a brief warm up, acupressure points, meditation and then go deeper with longer held yin poses. We will also learn about the Chinese organ clock and Judith will play her harp live.
We can’t wait to share this experience with you. First line healthcare workers go free. If you have a friend who might like to join, the trial lesson is free as well. In both of these cases, just send us a brief message to register. There will be 5 and 10 class passes and a student discount is available. We thought that might make it easier and you won‘t have to register for each class anymore. Of course it is also still possible to register for a single class.
